Our core services are underpinned by 2 services: Wellbeing Service and Therapy Service.

Wellbeing Service – Multi-disciplined service consisting of qualified mental health practitioners, information, advice and guidance practitioners, social workers, parenting practitioners, and youth workers:

  • Open Access drop-in’s
  • WISH – Walk in Support Hub (crisis/brief intervention)
  • Psycho-social Education
  • Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) provision
  • Thematic Support Groups
  • Targeted Support Groups
  • LGBTQ+ Service: GYRO (Gay Youth R Out) & TAY (Trans* Action Youth)
  • Quest Project (Youth Justice)
  • Parenting Service: Parenting Programmes, Parenting IAG and Peer Support
  • Wellbeing Clinics (secondary schools)
  • Primary Care Liaison Service (clinical networks / GP Surgeries)

Therapy Service - Multi-disciplined service consisting of qualified and accredited therapists and systemic family practitioners that provides an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities: CBT, Person Centred, Creative Therapies, EMDR based on the therapeutic presentations of young people:

  • Community Based Therapeutic provision.
  • Seedlings Project (Primary Schools)
  • Flourishing Families (Family project)
  • Spinning World (Refugee and Asylum-seekers)
  • Wings Project (Domestic Abuse)
  • Targeted therapeutic support groups.
  • Systemic Family Therapy
