What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you on our referral forms to Victim Care Merseyside.

We collect the information you provide in the feedback form or feedback survey and any contact information provided.

Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How will we use the information about you?

If you complete the feedback form or feedback survey and provide your contact details, we will use these to contact you.

If you use our referral form to self-refer into Victim Care Merseyside, the information you provide will be shared with Victim Care Merseyside for them to contact you.

If the police or a partners agency uses our form to refer your case into Victim Care Merseyside, the information provided will be shared with Victim Care Merseyside for them to contact you.

We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. 

How do we handle personal data?

We will handle personal data in accordance with the DPA and the GDPR.  In particular we will ensure that any personal data is:
